How do we call for help with possibly counterfeit coins being sold

I purchased silver eagles from 4 different sellers this morning for too good of a deal. I looked up each seller and everyone opened their account on the same day Sep. 29th 2021 with address as only US

You should have checked out each seller BEFORE you made the purchase.  You can file a Returns Request for an Item Not as Described after you receive each item in order to get your money back.

I had looked at their feedback each seller had a positive feedback with between 91%-98% and 24-57 feedbacks. After I purchased I got the same message from each buyer and a delivery date of Dec 2nd  not what was advertised. I  tried to cancel it wouldn't let me. So I sent an email asking if they would let me can due to shipping time they said sorry no but not to worry you will get it sooner. As I started comparing each seller too much similarities and each one had the same date on opening ebay account. As I read through each sellers feedback all the negative comments were about fraud or imitation products but not many. I'll have to just wait the month I guess then file fraud case and take the counterfeit coins to the Secret Service I guess.
