How do i send a second invoice to reship an item that was returned to me?

I sold a pair of boots to a buyer and there was an issue with her P.O. Box and they were returned to me. She still wants them and I can't for the life of me figure out how to send her an invoice for the shipping to send them back to her. Can anyone help? Thank you!!

I have found an answer and that is to cancel the original transaction and have her repurchase the item or I have no protection. I never even condidered that. So that's what we will do and hopefully she will be on board with it.
