I contacted the seller and had the order cancelled as I found the same item cheaper else where but it got listed as a cancellation, and the other was a salty seller who got mad cus of a previous bad review so cancelled the order out of spite. What the hell e-bay?? Why am I the one now banned? AND HOW THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSED TO TALK TO EBAY??? There contact us section is **bleep**. It say open mon-fri, it's Monday now, midday, and it says its closed

Sellers are able to block any buyer who has received 2 or more unpaid item strikes within a 12- month period.
Each strike stays on your account for 12 months. You will be able to buy freely again when you only have one strike left.
Buyers can only request cancellations. Your seller apparently cancelled your order by giving you a strike, which they are allowed to do.
eBay might be willing to forgive one of your strikes if contacted. Otherwise, you will have to find sellers to buy from who haven’t set up the nonpayment blocks.
You can try reaching eBay from either Facebook or Twitter. If you are trying to get a callback … then you have to do that from the eBay UK site: www.ebay.co.uk
