If you want to remove or change the feedback you left for the seller, ask that seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request. Once you recieve it, it's good for 10 days.
If you want to remove a negative comment left for you, as a buyer, that's a policy violation that you can report to eBay to have the negative comment removed. You get to keep the positive feedback.
