How do I void a paid duplicate shipping label that affects my 100% on time shipping

I do not care about a refund for the price I paid for a label that it was never used and the USPS still waiting for 

the item to be received by them, which it was delivered by the duplicated paid label long time ago.

Only the label that gets scanned counts, as long as the tracking number was uploaded to the order details.
