How do I use an ein for ebay

I’d like to keep my personal taxes separate from my business taxes. Can I do that with an ein?  How do I go about this ?

You should have two separate Selling accounts.  You should not mix the two on one account.  That is going to unnecessary problems.  

For both accounts you can use the same EIN IF the EIN is in your name and not the Businesses name.
