@drnettie You can use Bulk Edit to Change the shipping option to NO INTERNATIONAL shipping. UNLESS you are using Business Policies then you have to update the policies.
I see that you do have International Priority Direct ship to buyers on a few of the listings I checked. I strongly recommend removing these shipping methods but LEAVING the eBay International Shipping Program.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit
This is how you turn off direct shipping to the buyer that you are responsible for.
When you use the eBay International Shipping Program
YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is. You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program which allows you to reach buyers around the world with ZERO risk to you. I wish that domestic shipments had this same great seller protection.
You just ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois or CA, the address will be on the label when you print it with a code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
Once the item reaches the US forwarding location safely your job as a seller is done. If a buyer files a refund request for ANY reason the refund comes from eBay and you keep the sale. I wish that eBay had this awesome of seller protections for domestic sales!
