eBay only sends Saved Search notifications once per day, I believe.
If you want more frequent notifications, you may want to look into third party services. Google automated searches eBay for some possible options. Some will let you run free searches every hour or even every fifteen minutes, or for shorter intervals if you are willing to pay.
