How do I turn off returns on my listings?

How do I take away the return option from my listings.  I'm getting byrned by buyers that either don't understand how pictures work or can't read.

Unfortunately there is really no such thing as No Returns on eBay.  Although there is a place to say No Returns it only applies to remorse returns which no smart buyer will say when they want to return an item.  All the buyer has to say within 30 days of receipt is that the item is not as described and eBay will force a return or a full refund and you will receive a defect on your account if you do not accept the return.
