Ship through USPS. It's considered domestic shipping (even though you may need to fill out a customs form at the PO if shipping over the counter). If you print your labels through eBay, all the fields should populate correctly, but if you need a guide (or are writing out the address yourself), this is the formatting for APO or FPO labels:
