How do I set PayPal only as the buyers form of payment

It has been a very long time since I posted items for sale.  Several things have changed.  Previously you could choose to only accept PayPal as form of payment for your auction listing.  I cannot find where you do that.  Any info is appreciated.

Pay Pal is no longer used for sellers to receive payments.

To be paid, you have to provide a checking account and your SSN.

Ebay chooses which payment sources the buyers can use, not the seller.
