How do I send photo to return item?

Im brand new to ebay, I received wrong size sheet set, tried to photo and send. cannot figure process.

Photos are in gmail but won't transfer to Ebay website.  Have spent 4 solid days on this, Im ashamed to say,

Do you use the ebay app on your smart phone?

Do you use ebay on a desktop computer, and use a digital camera?

Depending on how you use ebay, someone will be able to explain how to upload a photo into the returns request.

On a phone you save the picture to the phone and upload from the picture file to the eBay return flow

On a computer if the picture is an attachment to the email OR imbedded in the body of the email you right click on the image and select save, then save it to your Picture file.  On the eBay return flow click the add image link then go to the picture file and click on the picture.
