@mercs-55 There are only a couple of reasons that you should be doing this. Such as the buyer paid in full and then asked for a shipping upgrade.
Or the buyer was refund for an item not received and they agree to repay you.
If the buyer has not made a purchase a yet and is asking for a paypal invoice then it's a SCAM. They just want to trick you by sending a fake paypal payment notice.
You are allowed to share contact information if you have had a recent COMPLETED sale together. You ask the buyer for their paypal email then send the invoice from PayPal.
