However, we still can't find the invoice information of this order in the order details and according to the Seller Hub, which is the following steps:
From either My eBay or Seller Hub.
Find the item:
In Seller Hub, select Orders
In My eBay, select Sold, expand sold and edit at this step, but there is no invoice option.
Please help us to find out what is the reason why we can't send invoice to this buyer, and what we need to do to make the buyer receive the tax invoice he wants?
