Hello:
On April 12th, I sold a pair of earrings that did not arrive in the mail in a timely fashion.
The buyer let me know and I refunded the purchase - assumed the earrings were gone forever.
Now over a month later, the earrings have arrived.
The buyer is a good honest person and states she will pay.
How do I send an invoice after a refund?
