You should be able to see your Watch List on the eBay app, provided you are signed in to the same eBay account. Go to the app menu and choose Watching to that.
Other custom lists are not supported by the app. To see those, you must use a browser, go to ebay.com and then request the desktop site version of the page in your browser's menu.
