How do I report Counterfeit Sales of an item?

I have purchased three bottles of Happy by Clinique from eBay over the last 2 years, and every one of them has been COUNTERFEIT, not even any smell to the bottle that's advertised as original, new and even in original wrapping, IDK how they do it, but it's completely fraudulent activity, and it takes my money, patience and time over this, and that's another reason why I quit dealing with ebay as I used to! Too many fraudulent items being sold, and all that you have to go thru to get your money back, it's very sad and so time consuming! I reached out to the seller and still no reply.

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
