How do I print a label after canceling a label?

I'm not seeing the option to create another label.  The one that printed did not print correctly and was formatted incorrectly on the page for some reason (left margin cut it off, was oriented oddly too).  I needed to reprint it by checking the settings for the layout that is being sent to the printer, so I canceled the label and now can't see how to do it.  Even eBay's system is showing that it's already shipped, but that's not correct because their system should know I canceled the label!

In your list of sold orders, click the arrow by 'view order details' to see all available actions.  'Purchase another label' should be first on the list.  https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
