Here in the USA, when a buyer makes a purchase, there is a PAY NOW button that takes the buyer to ebay Checkout, Once there, the payment options will be displayed. Select the one you wish to use? You will be shown the SHIP TO address. Change it if you need to, and then complte the transaction.
