I purchased 3 items from a cellar in another country. On checkout, the shipping fee charge was much lower than expected. I heard back from the seller, and when eBay did combined shipping, it underestimated the size of the total combined package and came up about 50 Euro short.
The seller has asked if I would be willing to cover that, and yes I am happy to do so because the actual shipping price is still quite reasonable.
But how do we go about processing that payment? Now that eBay handles all payments, I do not know where to send the funds via Paypal, and I do not think we can discuss doing outside payments in the communication process policed by eBay.
