What is the reason for the dispute?
Item not received?

Item not as described?

Both have two steps to take if one is not enough.

Thank you for your answer. It is item
not correct and I couldn’t find anything that was the correct response for me, and the
seller hasn’t responded to 4 messages over 3 days. I will try the link you sent me.
thank you again

To be honest with you I’ve tried that link and it only is for returns or refunds. But if they are not replying to my messages I don’t trust to send it back and actually get a refund so im not going to bother. I will just be wary of eBay now.
its only £8 so I will keep it myself and accept the loss.
thank you again, very kind
Carol

Yes, requesting a return is the right procedure. The seller needs to send you a free return label and if they don't, you can ask eBay to step in. No risk for you as buyer.

It's up to you what you chose.
