If the necklace listing has the Authenticity Guarantee on it, after the buyer pays, you print the shipping label, and it will print out the authenticator's name/address. Then you ship it. If the necklace passes authentication, it will be sent onto the buyer. If it fails, the necklace is returned to you, and the buyer is refunded. Be sure to get Signature Required if the item sells for $750 or more.

After your buyer pays, eBay will provide the address for the authenticator - you will see it when you print your label. I don’t see any specifics in the policy, but I would include a packing list that identifies the item. I think the shipping label actually includes some info for the authenticator.
