I have someone that messaged me asking if they can see the item I have listed before they purchase it (it is a local pickup item) which I'm fine with, but I'm pretty sure Ebay won't let me share contact information, so how should I proceed?
Also, they are asking to make a buy-it-now offer that is lower than my current buy-it-now price. How should I proceed?
Thanks

-You are correct that you cannot share contact info with the customer prior to the sale.
-As to the price, that is your decision on whether or not you will sell for a lower price. If the list price is the lowest you can accept and make your profit then decline the offer.
-You can also accept cash at pick up and the Buyer can "purchase" the item. You can then share contact info and arrange a meeting. I meet a local convenience store for Local Pick up sales. It is an easy landmark to find, a public area and eliminates customers coming to our home.

For these requests, you can advise your buyer that you can provide additional pics of the item or other info as requested.
