How do I go about changing a negative review I left?

I tried  the Automated Chat and it didn't help.

I don't even see the topic listed.

Once you leave feedback you can not cancel or change it. Sellers get a limited amount of feedback revision requests they can send to buyers so a feedback can be changed. What you can do is to send a message to the seller and let them know you want to change it and ask them to send you a feedback revision request.

Most sellers are understanding and will send the revision request, some don't care about the feedback and will not respond.

The Seller contacted me and after reading his request, I felt  it would only be the right thing to do, see he's already refunded my $, and said to keep the product.

So I want to see if my Feedback aka Review,  could be either

1. Deleted

or

2. If I could make a Post Script to it.

I tried Ebay's Auto Chat and that was utter frustration.

I've contacted their Help/Support, but according to Ebay's rules, a Buyer only has I think it's 10 Days to Change or Revise a Review.

Any way of getting directly to a Human Support line?

I just find scrolling for answers which may touch upon a Topic but not directly answer my question in a linear manner just a bit frustrating.

There is no way for you to make changes to the feedback unless the seller sends you a request to do so. What the seller needs to do is go to their feedback page and click on the request revision link next to your feedback to send you a formal feedback revision request. That is the only way for you to change it. The seller only gets a limited number of these per year and the seller's revision link is only available for a limited time.

Try sending a message to the seller and ask them to go to their feedback page to send you the request. They may not know the link is there.

When you get the chat bot type in agent, you may have to give more information or choose a topic but keep entering agent and you will eventually get the option for a call back. If you have a spam blocker on your phone turn it off as it may block the call.
