How do I get the money for shipping?

I sold an item. Buyer paid shipping. I mailed item. Item was delivered. Funds released do not include the shipping I paid out of pocket. How do I get this?

The shipping paid by the buyer is included in your payout. eBay deducts their fees, so it can look like the shipping was not included. Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin - click on the payout to see the buyer’s payment net of fees, and any deductions. Click on the buyer’s payment to see the item, shipping and eBay’s fees.
