I had a customer that had a knee jerk reaction and left negative feedback because one of the items were damaged to to obvious mis-handling in shipping. They agreed the negative feedback was unfair. How do I get the feedback removed?--- I dont have an "feeback change requests" available, and the buyer said they cant figure out how to do it.... and I have another that a buyer received and item and said the battery was not good while the description stated "AS IS". Ebay never responds to anything I send to them---- we pay them about 15% of the selling cost including tax and shipping, but get **bleep** for service. Is there a phone number that you can call?

Hi @robmada4
Judging by your Feedback history and comment that you have no more Feedback revision forms you may have to wait until January for your annual 5 Revision forms to reset. Feedback can be left, replied to, revised up to 60 days from the date of purchase so you might be able to get it Revised in early January if the Buyer is willing to work with you.
There is no phone number to call, you can use the Help & Contact link on the eBay page, select a reason closest to your issue and if the Have us call you option is available it will be on the left under the Chat link.
As to the transaction with the battery, the "as is" statement does not describe anything or does not cover the health of a battery. "Battery may need to be replaced due to use and its age" would be more accurate.
When I first started selling I was reluctant to want to point out issues on items but learned
that is exactly what is needed and what customers expect. Sure I still make the unintentional mistake but I always appreciate it when customers let me know an items was "as described" ... that means I am doing what is expected.
