How do I get my money back?

My order has been canceled from eBay because the address is incomplete, my money has not been returned yet and eBay is not responding to my messages and the refund has been confirmed in the account, knowing that I paid the amount by credit card and it has been more than two weeks, how do I get my money back And where is it usually returned? Is it the same payment method?

Cancellations include sending a refund back to the funding source.  If that is a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
