How do I get my bank account information deleted without closing my account?

Ebay has failed to make the two small deposits to verify my bank account info. So, I've decided I do NOT want to sell through Ebay - but prefer to shop instead. How, then, can I get Ebay to delete my routing number and account number?

@blackwo39  Sorry managed payments registration didn't work for you.  The only way to delete your bank account is to close your account and open a new one for buying.
