I am sick of the friggin robot who cannot understand anything. I need ebay to call me.

Been here 18 years and it is beginning to suck.  I just spent 20 minutes with a robot trying to get it to have ebay call me.  none of ebays reasons for a call are never about problems I keep having with this site.  

Use to be easy to contact them.  

I am having seriouos problems and lately, the help is below standards.  

So if I cannot put my mam,e or user name or anything, how the hell is this suppose to help me get ebay to call me.

You should be able to use the chat assistant to request a call back.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.

Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
