How do I get a refund on postage?

eBay charged me $21 for postage and when I got to the post office they told me was wrong so I had to pay another $46 to ship my package. How do I get my $21 back? Anybody knows?

Was the $46.00 charge for a new label or was it added to the $21.00 label? If it was for a new label and the old label was not used, then simply Void the old label. If it was added to the label, then there is no money to be returned to you.
