How do I generate a new shipping label with an updated address?

I used my eBay shipping labels to generate a USPS first-class insured label for my completed auction. The package is going to be returned to me (returned to sender) because of an incomplete address.  The buyer forgot to add his apartment number. He just added the apartment number to his eBay profile. 

When I go to my completed auction, tMy eBay Shipping labels, Track and manage your shipments, Actions - the options are print another label and void label. When I select print another label, the apartment number is not listed. And it is probably to late to void the label. What is the best course of action when I resend the package to the buyer? Please advise.

I would use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and then hand write the apartment number with a pen.

Can I re-print the existing label even though the package is being returned to me. Or do I have to pay for and print a new label?
