How do I find information from a used engine I bought from ebay motors 5 years ago?

I bought a used engine from Ebay 5 years ago. Took the motor to the Dealership where I bought the car. It seems that the engine I bought may not have ever been put in the car. Seems like they may have fixed the original problem a recall on the engine and pushed it back at me. I have to find the information that came in from the digital invoice that is part of that engine. Otherwise I cannot prove what happened to the engine I bought. The engine around 3k the install around 3k. The car has major problems and I am suspecting fraud has occurred at this dealership and up to me to prove it. How can I find the original sales stuff from that engine. Its a Hyundai Hybrid and I think they completely screwed me. FYI.  If anyone knows what I can do or how I can find the information. Order History only goes back 3 years. THank you very much for any help you can provide.
