How do I export a simple list of what I've sold and the fees involved

This page says there's a menu called actions where there's a choice to export, but I can't even find an actions menu.  How do I export my sales to a list?   Ideally, I'd see price minus fees minus shipping labels bought, but I'd take any subset of that at this point.  I can see all this stuff on web pages, but I want a list, I've been selling surplus for my school and now I need to give them an accounting.

There are a couple of options.   One is to run a transaction report from managed payments -you can specify a time period.  It will show you sales and fees on the same line.  If you buy your labels through eBay and have them deducted from your payouts, they will be listed there, but not matched to the sales.

You can also run a report on the sales performance page - you can print the item report.  It isn't as straight forward, since sales include the taxes paid by the buyer, and then the tax is shown as a cost.  But it does match up the fees and shipping cost -

Selling manager has been replaced by seller hub.  You can see your sold orders for 90 days there, and there is a download link -
