How do I enable buyers to request total?Some seem to be able to do this many do not.

Some buyers request total with no issue.Many others tell me that Ebay will not allow them to request it.I have called Ebay several times,and am no further ahead.Anyone have suggestions?

Do you have your Buy It Nows set to require immediate payment?  If any listing of the seller in the Cart has seller-required Immediate Payment Required the buyer cannot request a total since that defeats the IPR requirement (the buyer is committing to purchase which removes the items from inventory).  If a requirement for immediate payment was set by eBay rather than the seller the buyer can commit to pay without violating eBay the seller's instructions to not remove the item absent actual payment.

I do not require immediate payment on any items listed.

As I recall, buyers using the ebay app on a mobile device do not have the option of requesting a total amount owed.  Buyers using a desktop computer have the option of requesting a total in ebay checkout.

Thanks.I have been told this before by buyers.I should add it to my listings that they need to use a desktop.
