How do I edit the weight on my shipping label?

I seem to be in a pickle; the label I have for my buyer says that the item is only 2 LBS. I feel this is a preset as Mercari has the same system. However you can edit that Info to request a new label. I can not find anything on here that allows me to do that. Does anyone on here have answers?

Hi @ryguyrino-2 

Once an item is paid for it will be in your Awaiting shipment - print shipping label file. 

When you click the Get shipping label link, the label flow page opens and you can change the weight and package dimensions to match the item after you have packed it up for shipment.  eBay has allowed Sellers to change the weight and dimensions for a very, very long time.  

Regardless of what the Buyer pays YOU can change the weight and dimensions and your cost to ship will change as well.

@ryguyrino-2   Just adding to @mr_lincoln 's great advice.... 

You may need to change to the advanced label form to have the boxes to change the package size and weight.  Or on the basic label form I believe there is an edit option next to the package size and weights.
