Hi!
I have made a sale with a person that includes two items. I am shipping them together and the price negotiated is less than the two items are listed for separately.’Because I am pretty new, I have no idea how to create a custom invoice to send to the buyer (they don’t know either-in the past the buyer just paid the amount negotiated and somehow combined the shipping on their own) 🤔
Can someone tell me how to do this, please?
Thank you!

Your buyer needs to purchase but not pay for the items before you can send an invoice.
If you accepted offers from the buyer, and they haven't paid yet, the items will show as waiting for payment. In that list, select 'send invoice' next to one on of the items. Adjust the shipping and send.
If you haven't sent or accepted offers yet, you need to do that - in your messages you should see the option to respond with offer. You must do each item separately - you can't send an offer for the 2 items together.
