How do I contest a falsely removed item, claimed to be counterfeit?

Hi I had an original drawing of Snoopy, by Charles Schulz, removed as counterfeit. I worked for Schulz. The item is NOT fake. I have worked as a comic art authenticator and artist and archivist. Selling (and buying), on ebay for over 20 years I have no desire, need, or want to sell ANYTHING that is not truthfully what I represent it to be. The original comic art & illustration community is very small. My name matters. Is there an actual number I can call? Anyone have any way/experience to resolve this? ONE item doesn't matter - and the Schulz can simply go back up on my studio wall, but this HAS to be someone with bad intent and I'm worried about ALL my OA (Seller: McGurf). Not worth getting a bad COA for art that I know more about than the COA people. Half rant- apologies. Thanks for any info.
