How do I contact eBay via phone for help with verifying my payment account info?

I’ve had no problems receiving payments and all of a sudden they are holding them until I can verify my bank info. Of course I have a small credit union that isn’t on the list so I manually input my routing and account number and it says it can’t verify it. Complete **bleep** and they are holding about $350 and I can’t get in touch with anyone at eBay to rectify this.
