How do I confirm that I had a return shipping label sent to a buyer

I processed a return request last night by sending the buyer a return label. They say they haven't received it, and I can't find any record of the purchase. When I view the return details, it says, "We've asked the buyer to ship the item back by Jul 26. Wait until you get the item back before issuing a refund." However, there's no info about my purchasing the label. Is there something the buyer needs to do? I'm not sure what to tell them.

If you used the eBay return label, the buyer can find it there.

Give them these instructions:

1. Go to Purchase history - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item under Returns and canceled orders.
3. Select View return details.
4. Choose Print label.
