If they are paid already, you can't send an invoice, but you can combine them for shipping.

Use bulk shipping - https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk  select the orders and click combine.

If the buyer hasn't paid yet, go to your list of sold items. Click send invoice in the menu next to one of them - they system will pick up all 3.  Adjust the shipping and click send.
