If you mean "Feedback" and NOT a product Review then you message the Seller and request a Feedback revision form. They can send 5 per year. You will have 10 days to complete it and change Neutral or Negative to Positive.
In the future please try and work things out with the Seller BEFORE you take action like leaving less than Positive Feedback. That is what eBay recommends. Feedback you leave for others can also be a reflection on you as well and with a low FB count those less than Positive FBs stand out more.
