How do I change my feedback on a seller?

Need to change my feedback on a seller.

Hi @rnj-2415 

Message the Seller and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision form.  Sellers can send 5 per year and you will have 10 days to complete it changing Neutral or Negative Feedback to Positive.

In the future, before you take action try working things out with the Seller before leaving less than Positive Feedback.
