How do I change and allow shipping to a P.O box after an item sells?

I checked no post office boxes and now the customer cannot pay. She tried to change it to a physical address and it still will not let her.

Put the buyer on your Exemption list, which will bypass the restriction.

It looks like you ship via USPS, so I'm wondering why are you excluding buyers with PO boxes? PO boxes are the safest place to ship. The item doesn't have to fit in the PO box...the buyer just asks for his packages at the counter. That's much safer than having delivered to a porch where the package might be stolen.

You are potentially losing a lot of prospective buyers with that exclusion.
