How do I cancel an order as a guest

how do I cancel order I just made as a guest. When I try it just says something went wrong go back and try again

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account, so to deal with the guest order you must first sign out of your account before using the link in the guest email you received.

Sellers are not required to cancel just because you request it, though.
