How do I appeal an authentication decision on collectible cards

I'm glad they're offering the "card authentication service" for free at the moment, because it doesn't seem to be worth any money. I just had a card returned for "being significantly different than the listing" with zero additional information. More importantly, the card is EXACTLY accurate to the listing in terms of the card, the condition and the photos. I took close up shots of damage to this card and they've given me no information to go on for determining what, in their minds, is the problem. Now I'm concerned about selling other cards in case I get the same **bleep**.

As far as I'm concerned ebay owes me the shipping fees at the least for having to put up with this, but right now I just need to know that they're not going to interfere with my sales again. How do I contact someone to get this resolved?

Yes, I'm aware my tone is not great, but think how you'd feel if eBay basically accused you of being a con?

There is no appeal.

I did think that they are supposed to provide the seller with details of their findings when rejected.  You would have to check with customer service.

The easiest way to contact customer service is by posting a private message on twitter or facebook. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay

To speak to customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

Ok, I called them and they said "something wasn't right with the description" which is 100% **bleep**. I had a one line description of the card listing exactly it's current condition with clear photos showing the same. They basically told me to sell it somewhere else or go pay for a local "grader".

So far this "authentication service" seems like far more trouble than it's worth.
