How do I add video to a listing?

I'm selling a music box & I cant figure out where the add video icon is that I see in instructions from ebay.... I've looked & followed instructions and I don't seem to have it available to me????

You will need list on the website and use the "Advanced/New Listing Tool" format to upload a video. (Neither the Mobile App nor the website "Quick Listing Tool" allow videos.)

On the website, your screen should look like this:

If you are on the website and don't have the above in a draft, you will need to upgrade your listing format to add a video.

You can get it by opting in to "Seller Hub".
