How do I Remove an item sold

I sold an item and I don't know how to remove it?

@jodipalermo-orland  Is this for the lip color?    You will need to end the listing and relist it correctly.  

That listing violates ebay policy because it's a choice listing... and you can see why doesn't work to list that way.   

You should use variation listing.   Then the buyer uses the drop down menu and selects the color they want.

Use the advanced listing tool. When you click on the sell tab, upper right hand corner on a pc, you should see a "use advanced listing tool" option OR it may also say "use form with more choices" .

I have to say your hubby is very talented.   However this is a MAJOR policy violation.  You are not allowed to direct people to your website from ebay.    Ebay will suspend your account if you are caught.     They are really cracking down on this.  

Sorry to sound so negative but I just want you to be succesful on ebay and to do that you have to follow ebay's rules.  There are so many that I know  it's hard to keep up.
