How do I Contact an Agent?

I am currently overseas (Military) and my account has been soft locked because ebay feels my account was accessed by a third party which it wasn't.  I have only found one way to contact an agent and that is the 1-866 number provided.  I tried that and found their business hours are 8AM-5PM Pacific which is highly limited for someone like myself who can't call easily from my local cell number.  Are there other numbers or ways to contact agents to help? If I was to use the message service are agents online via those times above?  Thank you for any and all assistance.

You could try using the "Need help signing in?" link on the page where you enter your password. Choose the reset option but rather than actually reset your password, you should use the "contact" link that appears on the reset page. That link is specifically for accounts that cannot sign in and cannot get a call back by normal means.
