How create special multi-item listing

How do I create a listing that has one photo of all items plus individual item photos with a drop-down option to choose the item wanted with varying prices?

For example, the listing that I found with this title:  "Disney Infinity Figures 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 Mix/Match Star Wars Marvel Disney Buy4G1F"

That doesn't seem to work for what I have.  I am wanting to show one photo with all of the items together then individual photos based on drop down selection by name of figurine and each with its own price.

That is exactly what you do with a variations listing.  You have to get the variations set up before you can add the photos.  Your variation would be "figurine name" instead of size or color, etc.
