How come others can list “Brass Shell” but i can’t

Part of my isting was removed for the second time because it didn’t comply policy for “brass shell”, i don’t seem to understand how come other people can list the excat same product but i can’t. I didn’t creat a new listing instead i choose to “sell similar item” following other seller who sells the same product so the contents stays exactly the same. It didn’t make any sense
